Steph (she/her) is a Certified Executive Coach who partners with her clients to bring meaningful, sustainable change. As a coach she doesn’t offer advice or direction specific to the topic her client brings, rather, the coaching conversation is deeply rooted in the knowledge that the coachee is capable to discover their own solutions and shifts based on the perspectives and questions she offers in the coaching conversations, the reflection period between sessions, and beyond.
Steph’s personal values of autonomy, fairness, compassion, and open-mindedness, inform her practice as a coach by forming the foundation of how she and her clients start and cultivate their relationship, how she attends and attunes to her client’s needs and goals, as well as how she recharges herself between sessions.
She brings curiosity, compassion, creativity, a somatic lens, and deep listening to conversations.
In addition to coaching, Steph specializes in narrative 360-degree reviews within organizations and for independent clients.
